What we collect

• What you tell us. When you request an offer we ask for the property address, your name and a phone number, and optionally an email address and whatever you want to tell us about the situation. That is the whole form. We do not ask for a social security number, bank details or a credit check on this website, and we never will.
• What the server records. Like every website, ours logs technical information automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and the time. We use it for security and troubleshooting.
• Cookies. Functional cookies for page caching and for the form to work. Measurement tools, where active, set their own – see below.

Why we use it

To prepare and send you an offer, to answer you, to keep a record of what was discussed and agreed, and to run and secure the website. We do not build a profile of you, we do not sell your information, and we do not pass your details to other house buyers or lead brokers.

Who else sees it

Only the people needed to do the job: our email and website providers, and – if you decide to sell – the title or escrow company handling the transaction. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. Each party receives only what it needs.

Measurement and advertising

We may use standard measurement tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how people find this site and whether our advertising works. Where those tools are active they set their own cookies and receive technical data about your visit under their own terms. Tools like these get added and removed over time, so this page describes the category rather than pretending to be a live inventory. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time and the site will still work.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept as long as we may reasonably need them – to follow up, and afterwards as a record of an offer made or a transaction completed. Where a sale goes ahead, records are kept for the period required for property and tax purposes. If you ask us to delete your enquiry and we are not required to keep it, we will.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Email info@sellmyhousegilbert.com and say which. We will respond within a reasonable period and will not charge you. Where privacy law gives you additional rights, we honour those too.

Children

This site is for adults selling property. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this page

If what we do changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. No version of this policy takes effect without appearing here first.
